At Christian Heritage Nursery School, we are a learning through play community that is dedicated to training minds, inspiring hearts, and shaping character to equip our children for a life for passionate faith, pursuit of excellence and joyful service to the Lord Jesus Christ.
Details
We opened on January 5th, 2026, and are a government funded and licensed nursery school. We offer two Pre-K (3- & 4-year-olds) classes (mornings and afternoons). These will be half day sessions that focus on preparing your children for kindergarten and enhancing their development through play-based learning. We run our program from September to June following the CHS School Calendar.
For the Fall, your Pre-K child must be 3 years old by December 31st , 2026, and be fully toilet trained.
Priority will be given to CHS Society Members and 4-year-olds going to kindergarten the next Fall.

Monday to Friday, 8:50am – 11:30am
8:50 AM – 9:00 AM Doors open/Put Away Belongings in Cubby
9:00 AM- 10:00 AM Free Play/ Come and Go Art/ Clean Up
10:00 AM - 10:15 AM Snack/ Book Time
10:15 AM - 10:30 AM Bible Story/ Circle Time
10:30 AM - 11:00 AM Get Ready for Outside Time
11:00 AM- 11:30 AM Outside Play/ Home Time
Afternoon Pre-K Class
Monday to Friday, 12:50pm – 3:30pm
12:50 PM- 1:00 PM Doors Open/Put Away Belongings in Cubby
1:00 PM- 2:00 PM Free Play/ Come and Go Art/ Clean Up
2:00 PM- 2:15 PM Snack/ Book Time

Joy Lortie
Joy Lortie holds an ECE Level 3 certification and brings over 20 years of experience in the childcare field. Throughout her career, she has worked in daycares and nursery schools, supporting children from 3 months to 12 years of age. Joy has a passion for working with children and loves watching them learn as they explore the world around them. She is excited to begin this new chapter at Christian Heritage School. For the past 6 years, Joy and her family have called Brandon home. She and her husband, Andrew, have three children and a cat. In her free time, Joy enjoys reading, watching Hallmark movies, and spending time with her family.
